The Pilates Method

With regular workouts, you’ll also notice an increase in strength, coordination, and endurance. Pilates is effective, but it’s also challenging, for both your mind and your body.

Mei's Reformer Class: small group class with no more than 7 people per class.

Pilates Mat Class: small group class with no more than 10 people per class.
Cost: $25 per session. Package of 10 sessions for $200 (savings of $50). All levels Welcomed. First Class is February 15, 2018. Note this class is a series of 10 classes. First class is February 15, 2018.
Mei's Private Pilates Lesson: Mei has over 15 years experience teaching Pilates with a wonderful understanding of movement and the ability to helping her students achieve their best. One on One instruction is the most effective way to focus on your own unique needs. Maximize your time working on your strengths, weaknesses, injuries, or chronic issues. Increase your understanding of the various Pilates concepts and movements, while learning how to apply them to your body and your other activities.
Cost: $95 per session. Package of 10 classes for $850 (SAVINGS of $100).
Private Sessions: one-on-one training designed and dedicated solely to your individual needs. We tailor-design sessions to provide you with the most effective results.
Cost: $80.00/ lesson, Package of 10 sessions for $700 (savings of $100).
Duet Sessions: held with two people and are dynamically geared to bring out the best in both parties.
Cost: $50 per session. Package of 10 sessions for $420 (savings of $80)
Group Sessions: small group class with no more than 8 people per class.
Cost: $35 per session. Package of 10 sessions for $300 (savings of $50).
